Ferry de ida y vuelta a la Isla de Lobos

About this experience

The Lobos Islet, with an area of just 4.7 square kilometers, is a natural gem of high environmental value. It was declared a Natural Park in 1982 and is part of the Natura 2000 Network, a European ecological network of biodiversity conservation areas. It is also a Special Protection Area for Birds.

We offer you our round-trip ferry service that will take you to Lobos Harbor in 20 minutes, where the adventure begins. Before starting your route, it is interesting to stop by the Visitor Center next to the pier to get an idea of the place you are going to visit, learn about the preservation of the territory, and learn about the history of the islet.

One option in Lobos is to enjoy the beach and the sea at the magnificent Playa de la Concha and also in the lagoons of El Puertito. In both cases, you will enjoy calm, clean waters with a beautiful turquoise blue color. It is highly recommended to bring your snorkeling goggles.

Another option is to explore its inland trails. The island has a 13 km circular route that can be done in its entirety or partially. Depending on the chosen walk, you can reach the Punta Martiño Lighthouse at the northern end, Playa de la Arena, or the Caldera Mountain at 127 meters above sea level (climbing it requires good physical shape and being very careful, it is not an easy terrain).

Special mention should be made of the aforementioned Puertito, with its small village of stone houses where there is a bar-restaurant and the wonderful Lobos Lakes. We also recommend visiting Las Lagunitas, a wetland with a landscape that is completely different from the rest of the island, which will surprise you.

Combine options, plan your route, book your ferry and discover this wonderful protected area.
